Be a voice for those who have no voice.

One of the very first things I learned during my internship 15 years ago was just because your students may not talk, it does not mean that they have nothing to say.  As educators, it is our job to make sure that your students have a voice; that is where you come in.  If you see something that is unfair, or if you need to help your student stick up for himself…do it!  On behalf of your precious students, thank you.
