Make a list of what you are grateful for. Having a stressful day?  We all have them.  Take a moment today and make a list of everything that you are grateful for.  As you make this list, chance is that your mindset will shift and you will start seeing things a little differently.  Write down even the smallest things.  I am grateful for the sound of rain, sweet red apples, the Internet (not such a small thing), and the sound of my puppy dreaming.  Then read your list back to yourself; if you can, read your list aloud.  Oh and remember…IAAFE is grateful for you!
