Do something for yourself!

What have you done for yourself lately?  I know how difficult it is to find time to take care of YOU!  Between work, taking care of your child, maintaining your home, and finding time with your partner, who has time to sit back and read a magazine?  I totally get it!  However, it is essential that you fit yourself into your daily schedule; you will become calmer, happier, and your entire family (and you) will reap the benefits.  So, whether it’s sitting outside and breathing in the fresh air for 5 minutes, or putting on headphones and listening to your favorite song (while dancing in the living room!), do something for you!  You can thank me later!
